The Geological Remote Sensing Group is an association of enthusiasts keen on the geological aspects of remote sensing. The current membership includes geologists employed within industry, academia and government agencies, as well as graduate students. The activities of the GRSG include:
  • Holding an annual meeting devoted to geological remote sensing
  • Producing well-stocked and informative quarterly newsletter
  • Hosting a lively discussion newsgroup
  • Organising occasional field trips
  • and more...
Anybody who has any interest at all in images of the Earth's surface and their geological application, no matter how new to the subject, will be welcomed as a new member.
